15 Power Cleans (95/65)

15 Cals Row

X 4 Rounds

One person at each exercise. Rotate when each person is done with 15 reps.

Appleton Iron Barbell (10:15): Snatches 

We wil not have Gymnastics class this week. It will pick back up next week as usual.
