10 Minutes to work on Split Jerk foot drills. Then…
1 Split Jerk every 2 minutes for 5 sets, building to a heavy single for the day.

WOD:
3 Rounds of
1 Minute Max Clean and Jerks (@60% of your 1RM Clean and Jerk)
1 Minute Max Box Jumps (24/20)
1 Minute rest

Post:
3 x 10 Good Mornings (weighted if possible)
